About the Author
SARAH KENT, MS, RDN, CD, is passionate about helping people overcome the barriers that prevent them from achieving their nutrition and weight-loss goals. For seven years, she served as lead dietitian for the bariatric surgery program at Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin, a nationally certified Center of Excellence for bariatric surgery. She offered a range of nutritional services to both pre- and post-operative bariatric patients and helped facilitate support groups. A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a master’s degree in human nutrition, Sarah also earned a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Currently, she is a senior dietitian and certified health and wellness coach at Froedtert Health. Sarah, her husband Chris, and their dog Ladis live in a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
